This seems fairly do-able. I'd need to do something slightly different to accommodate the drive train of the scooter, but I might get slightly better performance from the scooter because it should be lighter than the Kawasaki used in this project.

I saw that on engadget and thought of you. I think we should cover it in OLEDs and solar panels and throw a wind farm on the back.
